Meet our UI/UX designer, Roman, who has a well-rounded understanding of both design and user matters and can handle each step of the design process.
No matter if he is creating mobile applications, websites, landing pages, web apps or responsive websites, he is showing strong UI/UX designer skills which can take any product to the next level.
- Tell us about a project that you’re most proud of?
I think pNeura is my favourite one – it’s a whole social network for entrepreneurs, startups, and investors. I’m always happy to participate in something big, something that’s very new in its kind and something that makes an impact.
- What Made You Go Into UX Design?
- What do you think will be the next big thing in mobile and web design?
- What do you think makes the design of an application successful?
In the meaning of UX, simplicity makes apps successful, it’s the key aspect and an aim of the whole UX process. There’s always a large amount of UX work behind interface simplicity, which in the end directly affects business success.
- What do you think are the biggest challenges organisations are facing regarding designing new technology solutions?
It’s always challenging when you’re creating something new that doesn’t have any competitors, so it becomes impossible to research your competitors and apply their experience which always saves a lot of time on UX research.
- Where do you go for UX design inspiration?
The best UX inspiration is a competitors research. There’s no need for inventing things from scratch when you are free to apply years of research from top corporations.
Again, it’s about “making an impact”, which I guess is the main thing that drives the majority of young people these days. A chance to be a part of a startup that might completely change the world, for example.
The current era of web and mobile design as we know it is about to end. It’s not evolving so fast as it was 5-7 years ago, and I’m assuming AR will change everything like the first iPhone changed the industry once.
