Now we are looking for full-time HR generalist with great experience in HR and HH areas.

Requirements:

Fluent English and Russian language
Experience sourcing for different roles internationally using different tools and techniques
3+ years of relevant full life cycle recruiting experience
Experience in Administrative HR and HR reporting
Strong ability to screen candidates to ensure role alignment
Scheduling, coordinating and holding interviews and assessments
A to Z HR processing starting from Recruiting, Onboarding to Offboarding.
Advanced organizational and follow-up skills, strong time-management abilities
Preparing and editing documents like HR procedures, letters, reports, memos, emails, job descriptions, etc.
Providing administrative and clerical support
Strictly adhering to policies and procedures, especially regarding confidentiality
